Sep/Oct Newsletter

Hello all!

It has been a busy few months here at the Westminster Justice & Peace Commission as we make preparations for the last leg of our 150 mile bike ride from London to Paris for the UN Conference on Climate Change. The deadline for signing up is the 15th October, and there are still a few places left. Sign uphere.

We are also gearing up for our Annual Day on the theme of Pope Francis’ latest encyclical ‘Laudato Si’. The day will feature special guest speakers, a ‘Cosmic Walk’, a range of stalls and a free buffet-style lunch. We hope to see some of you there!

Our other speakers are Sarah Hagger-Holt of CAFOD’s Campaigns Team, and Christine Lang, environmental secretary for Pax Christi France. Join us on Saturday 17th October from 10.30-4 at St John Vianney’s church, West Green.
