The Holy Apostles Church Hall
Holy Apostles has one of the best-appointed church halls in central London. It is used by the parish and other clubs and groups, but is also available for hire. It is situated beneath the church. Access, however, is from Cumberland Street – down the ramp next to the Priest’s House at No. 47 and across the sunken garden.
The hall has a well-equipped stage and lighting system. Fire regulations permit the hall to be used for up to 300 people. Noise restrictions mean that is not available for hire for parties after 8.00pm. There is no general licence permitting the sale of alcohol.
In addition to the hall, there is a kitchen area where tea, coffee and light snacks can be prepared. There are two further rooms available for hire either with the hall or separately. The “Yellow Room” will hold approximately 30 people and the “Blue Room” approximately 20.
There are regular bookings of the hall during the day on all weekdays during school term time and on Wednesday evenings. It is not available at these times and generally not on Sunday mornings. There are also some regular bookings of the two smaller rooms.

The Hall is also used a lot for parish meetings and for Children’s classes, especially at weekends. Sometimes it is available for hire for Lectures, Receptions, Childrens’ Parties, but sadly, not for Adult Parties or anything that will mean music after 8.00pm. We must consider our neighbours.
